In 2019, I completed a Higher Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching to maximise the potential of the senior management teams and leaders in their respective roles. My objective is to establish an innovative and learning culture in organizations at all levels using core coaching principals and reflective practice methodology.
Through performance management, group supervision, professional development and coaching, I have strengthened the capacity of a number of senior management teams and individual leaders to support and drive the delivery of organisation’s objectives and targets in line with their core objectives.

The opportunity for management teams to explore and reflect on their team interactions, working relationships and organizational goals is central to modern management and leadership development. The establishment of a coaching culture within organizations and teams supports safe and challenging environments for resilient responses to growing demanding work environments.
